Shipping and delivery

How fast do you ship?

Stock orders ship within 2 business days from our Vernon, California warehouse. Most US destinations receive in 3 to 7 business days via UPS or LTL freight depending on order size.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to all 50 US states plus Puerto Rico. International shipping is available on request. Contact us for international quotes.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Case orders typically ship UPS Ground or LTL freight.

Products and pricing

Why are tarps sold by the case?

We are a wholesale distributor, so tarps are sold by the full case at flat wholesale pricing. Most of our customers are contractors and trade buyers ordering in bulk. Mix sizes and colors to reach the $250 order minimum.

What is the difference between Blue Poly and Heavy Duty?

Blue Poly tarps are 80 GSM, light to medium duty for everyday cover, equipment protection, and weekend projects. Silver and White Heavy Duty are 160 GSM (10 mil) industrial grade, built for jobsite cover, restoration work, and serious load protection.

Are zip ties really included?

Yes. Every Hammerstone tarp ships with zip ties. We figured if you are buying tarps, you would appreciate not making a separate trip to the hardware store.

Volume and full-pallet pricing

Do you offer volume or pallet pricing?

Yes. For large or recurring orders and full-pallet quantities, contact us for a quote.

Is there an order minimum?

Yes. Online orders have a $250 minimum. You can mix any sizes and colors of Blue, White, and Silver to reach it.

Returns and support

What is your return policy?

Unused, unopened tarps may be returned within 30 days. Cases must be returned in original packaging. A restocking fee applies to opened cases.
